the date method-
	log into webct 
	select your course 
	select your calendar
	select day then "copy link location"
	paste into address bar
	change the month, day and year at the end of the url
	encode your file using the data uri
		http://www.scalora.org/projects/uriencoder/
	copy the long string (parse out the html code around img tag)
	add new entry 
	paste the copied string into the body and save date entry

	go away ... come back later...
retrieving data
	log into webct 
	select your course 
	select your calendar
	select day then "copy link location"
	change year to the day, month, and year specified earlier
